Computer Assistance will not collect any personal-identifiable information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily.
Computer Assistance respects the privacy of every individual who visits computerast.com and will not sell or publish your name, mailing address, and/or email address.
When you do provide Computer Assistance with your personal information, we:

Computer Assistance will take steps to determine whether the credit card number you have provided is a valid credit card number. In the event, you have not provided us with a valid credit card number or with insufficient credit upon request, you will be in violation of this agreement and we will terminate this agreement with you.
You will automatically be billed on your credit card for the fees to the Service plan you have used.

You are responsible for the transmissions through the support services, however Computer Assistance reserves the right to take any action with respect to support if deemed necessary and Computer Assistance’s sole discretion to terminate transmissions if we believe you or your online transmissions may create liability for Computer Assistance.
